Born in Christchurch, New Zealand, in 1997 and now living in Rome, Italy, Caleb Skene is a multidisciplinary designer working in the fields of Architecture and Fine Art. He began his studies in Fine Arts at the University of Canterbury—focused on the practices of Graphic Design and Sculpture—before gaining both a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Architecture—(MArch)Prof—at the Victoria University of Wellington, majoring in the curriculum of Speculative Architecture and Allegorically provoked narrative design - an approach that continues to inform his practise today. By merging fine arts, architecture, and storytelling, Skene has developed an interdisciplinary design language shaped by contemporary interests and personal experience.
